BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield police are asking anyone with relevant information to contact detectives after the arrest of Jose Manuel Solis-Banuelos in connection with three reported sexual-assault incidents spanning 2017 through 2023.
Detectives with BPD's Special Victims Unit arrested Solis-Banuelos, 53, on August 26 pursuant to a warrant, according to the department announcement reported by BakersfieldNow and 23ABC.
