Next evidence question: what do implementation and training records show?
The district links English and Spanish immigration guides, state resources and translator contacts. This establishes access to guidance, not the completion of every policy or training requirement.
The equity page lists immigration resources. Its “Immigration Rights” link returned a page-not-found response in this review. A failed link does not establish that the district lacks a policy.
These are selected document findings, not countywide compliance scores. The 46-district figure describes our reporting scope. It does not mean 46 districts have been fully investigated or sent records requests.

Six additional cellphone requests remain drafts and are not included in the sent total. Response letters and attachments are being reconciled before response-by-response findings are published. The sent log alone does not establish delivery, a missed deadline or a refusal.
For an individual student’s needs, use the district’s official contact process. This project gathers reporting leads; it is not an emergency or legal-assistance service.
